Located in the town of Chigwell in the Epping Forest district of Essex, The King William IV is easily accessible by road and public transport, as well as on foot.

A number of TfL bus routes run through the area, providing regular and reliable access. The King William IV is also just a three minute walk from Chigwell Tube Station, whilst Grange Hill station is also close by. Both of these stations are on the Central Line.

Hainault Forest Country Park is close by, offering plenty of wide open spaces, woodland, lakes, and grassland for you to explore. Chigwell is also just a stone’s throw from Epping Forest. This 6000 acre area of national and international conservation importance is a significant habitat for wildlife and offers the perfect spot for walkers and families looking to explore the great outdoors. Just 12 miles north-east of Charing Cross, The King William IV is also within easy reach of the many sights and sounds of central London, such as the London Eye, the Tower of London, and the many shops on Oxford Street.
